Course Description - View Map »

Start at the Jungle Island and go under the causeway to Watson Island. Get on MacArthur Causeway, east bound, toward the Miami Beach Marina entrance behind the Icon building, before Alton Road.


Turn right on to the Bay Walk Esplanade follow around to South Point Park .Continue around the park approximately 100 yards where you'll turn left (west) on to Continuum Driveway. Make a right on to the driveway and follow it north on to Ocean Drive. Continue to 5th street and enter Lummus Park where you will get on the Serpentine Walkway Esplanade. Connect to Beach Walk Esplanade and follow to 24th street.

This will bring you to the famous Miami Beach boardwalk and will lead you to a turnaround point (tbd by course certifier). Please remember, this is a no passing zone in heavy traffic... think of a one lane road, where you get a chance to pass, pass only on the left and let the runner ahead know your coming, Happy Halloween!

Head back south on the boardwalk to the Serpentine Walkway thru Lummus Park. Get back on to Ocean Drive, southbound, back to Continuum Driveway. Make a left heading east to the path, following to the top of the park and finishing west of Smith & Wollensky's by the Fountains.

A medical and food tent would be set up in parking lot in south point and there will be a 3 ½ hour race time limit.
